Spending Quality Time

Here's another stat I came across recently and thought it was important to share with you as part of "Poor Richard's Tips to Trade Show Wealth"…

While most of us think we need to churn through attendees in two to 3 minutes this is simply not the case.  This certainly is not enough time to have a quality meeting.

Attendees have told the industry leaders that they will in fact spend an average of 15-20 minutes in "quality" conversations with exhibitors.

So consider this; Be realistic in the amount of quality meetings you can have. If you plan on 4 and hour per staffer, you will be in good shape.
